If you want to support Sammy and Nat on this journey to the olympics, this is a great place to start! This challenge will be a 3 week reset for your physical and spiritual health. The Challenge is simple, eat a similar diet to what we eat while Sammy is cutting weight. What does this look like? 1400 calories on a mostly plant based diet. We have included in this website some resources to help you succeed.  You may even find you have more energy than usual! Your involvement will keep Sammy and I encouraged to stick with our healthy eating going into this next tournament on November 15th! We are #INITTOGETHER!!
